Helping an historic organisation prepare for a stunning new website
The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (The RSA) exists to find practical solutions to today’s social challenges. Online, the organisation produces a wide variety of content, including original research reports, blog comments on current affairs, video feeds of live events, and YouTube-friendly animations.
The RSA has ambitious plans for their new website. We got involved to help ensure their approach to content creation matches their overall vision. This meant creating a content strategy and making recommendations for altering and migrating their content. The new site will be responsive, with modular content and an entirely new information architecture.
What we did
- Ran workshops with key stakeholders
- Audited all site content
- Created migration plans
- Built content templates
- Designed and built a digital style guide for internal content creators
What we didn’t
