Tightening tone for a distinctive UK university
Plymouth University, the 10th largest in the UK, wanted a slimmed-down, user-oriented website that matched their bold brand style. We helped flesh out what this might mean for written content through an interactive (and online) workshop. Following some robust discussion and a few exercises, we were able to create a practical guide for content creators to help them write in the “Plymouth voice”. This guide is now used by a diverse set of departments, stakeholders and creators.
