Palgrave Macmillan is one of the largest academic and trade publishers in the world. To coincide with a sparkling new website, they wanted to ensure that their content was working as hard as possible to aid website users.

What we did

  • Ran a session with keyt stakeholders to discuss tone, Palgrave branding and writing for the web
  • Created a tone of voice and writing guide for all content creators

Any site copy or book blurbs.
