Helping content teams strike the right tone
Palgrave Macmillan is one of the largest academic and trade publishers in the world. To coincide with a sparkling new website, they wanted to ensure that their content was working as hard as possible to aid website users.
What we did
- Ran a session with keyt stakeholders to discuss tone, Palgrave branding and writing for the web
- Created a tone of voice and writing guide for all content creators
